The process of transferring documentation to the new office of the KCF (Executive Director Zhandos Abishev), which will now be located in Nur-Sultan City (previously it operated in the city of Almaty), according to the delivery-acceptance act, completed on February 28, 2020.
All necessary payments in fulfillment of obligations under previously concluded contracts accepted by the previous administration of the KCF made before February 28 of this year.
The previous team closed the 2019 fiscal year and made payments on obligations under previously concluded contracts for the 1st quarter of 2020: payments to FIDE, transportation of documentation of fixed assets and commodities and materials to the city of Nur-Sultan, organization and holding of tournaments of the championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan under 20 years of age and the championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan among seniors, payment for the services of coaches under contracts for the first quarter of 2020, as well as administrative expenses for January and February, payments to the employees who received notifications in connection with the relocation of the office. Due to the postponement of the Executive Committee, the planned payments of scholarships to athletes for the first quarter of 2020 in February postponed to a later period. The total amount of these amounted to (including the planned scholarship for the first quarter) 31 million tenge.

Further funding of the KCF is entirely the prerogative of the new team.
